Alphabet Alliance of Color (AAoC) is an organization by and for queer and trans Black, Indigenous and other people of color (QTBIPOC). We serve local QTBIPOC in a variety of ways — all grounded in mutual aid, transformative justice and community connection.

Alphabet Institute

Designed to facilitate leadership development within QTBIPOC communities in Seattle-King County, the Alphabet Institute connects a cohort of mentees to local leaders, organizers, healers, mentors, and their projects and organizations.

Financial support for our beloved community! The Fund supports transportation, medical care, mental health care, food, housing, and more for our QTBIPOC community members.
